Walk the Talk Workshop

Join, learn, grow! Walk the Talk is a bi-weekly empowerment and self-esteem group, designed to help you live your best life by tackling the issues that frequently get in the way of creating lasting change and meaningful relationships.

Topics such as self-esteem, communication skills, assertiveness, and motivation will be discussed through a blend of facilitated learning, dynamic group activities, and group interaction. 

Please note that the Walk the Talk Group is a closed group. You cannot join the group after the cycle (Session 1) has started. Group size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
