Mosaic Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of family doctors and healthcare professionals that provide primary health care, in partnership with Alberta Health Services. Mosaic PCN member clinics are located in northeast and southeast Calgary.

Are you considering quitting smoking? Have you already made the decision to quit? The help you need is available.

Mosaic Primary Care Network pharmacists are Certified Tobacco Educators (CTE) and can assist you on your tobacco cessation journey. They work collaboratively with your primary care provider and community pharmacist teams to help you with quitting.

AlbertaQuits is a self-referral program that offers phone and text support, QuitCore, a free group support program, and counselling for Albertans who wish to quit smoking. Call 1-866-710-7848 for more information.

QuitCore is a FREE group support program that provides Albertans (18+) with the tools and skills they need to quit using tobacco.
