Our Community Photo Contest

Show us what diversity, community and just being yourself, means to you!

To celebrate the grand opening of our new patient-centred Sunridge Mall Clinic, we’re inviting you to help bring our walls to life with your stories. We’re excited to launch Our Community Photo Contest – a celebration of diversity, inclusivity, and belonging. We want to see what community looks like through your lens. Whether it’s a moment with a loved one, a family dinner, or a vibrant community gathering, show us what it means to feel seen, be included, and feel connected. Your photo could become part of the visual heartbeat of our clinic.

Contest Details 

Submit up to three (3) photos that reflect any of the following themes: 

  • Diversity – Celebrate our community by showcasing the unique backgrounds and cultures from your home country and neighbourhood.
  • See Yourself – Share images that reflect the feeling of truly being represented, seen, and valued, or moments where you recognize yourself and your story. 
  • Community in Space – Show how spaces bring people together, creating a sense of connection and belonging. 

Eligibility: 

  • This contest is open to all patients, staff, and community members of Mosaic Primary Care Network and our Sunridge Mall Clinic.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older. 
  • All skill levels are welcome. 

12 submissions will be chosen to be featured in our Sunridge Mall Clinic (Mosaic), on our website, and on social media. 

How to Enter

  2. Upload your photo(s) 
  3. Those visibly pictured in photos must have provided consent (parent/legal guardians will be required to provide consent for minors) 
  4. Photos must be high-quality images 
  5. Photos should be submitted as PNG or JPEG files only.
  6. Photos may be in colour or black and white.
  7. Photos must be submitted digitally using the link below.

Make sure that images are labelled correctly based on submission descriptions.

Timeline 

Contest closes October 31, 2025. Winners will be announced November 14, 2025.

MPCN will retain the right to display and alter any photos submitted.
