Mosaic PCN’s Pediatric Lifestyle Program offers free family-centered health care to improve the health and quality of life of children and teens (0-17) and their families.
Children and their families have access to:
- A nutritionist – nutrition care for children and teens dealing with picky eating, weight concerns, food allergies, and other feeding challenges.
- A kinesiologist – strategies to boost activity inside and outside the home, information on community programs, and overcoming challenges with physical activity
