World Mental Health Day

Crises and emergencies can impact anyone. This World Mental Health Day, we’re shining a light on how crises impact wellbeing, and the supports available to help you through. Whether you’re experiencing challenges, supporting someone who is, or just want to focus more intentionally on your mental health, know that help is available and that you don’t have to face those challenges alone.

This year’s theme “Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies”, reminds us that events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, conflicts, or public health emergencies, can intensify feelings of anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. We encourage you to check in with yourself and connect with others. Mosaic PCN offers free access to mental health therapists who provide short-term (6 sessions) support to those concerned about their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Ask your family provider (doctor or nurse practitioner) for more information.
