Accessing primary healthcare in Northeast Calgary is about to get easier.

Calgary Mosaic Primary Care Network (PCN) is bringing all its services under one roof at Sunridge Mall, ensuring patients receive streamlined, high-quality care in a convenient, accessible location.

Our new Sunridge Mall Clinic will feature a patient-first design, offering:

• Better access: Located on Calgary’s C-Train line with free parking and easy transit options.
• Comprehensive care: A one-stop location for chronic disease management, mental health services, and social support.
• Enhanced collaboration: Bringing together after-hours care, our ACCESS clinic, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams (MDTs) – such as dieticians, kinesiologists, nurse practitioners and mental health therapists – to support seamless care coordination.
• A community-centered approach: Inspired by the Bow River, our new clinic is designed as an inclusive and welcoming gathering space that reflects the diversity of our great city.

Designed with Community and Provider Input

The vision for Sunridge Mall Clinic was shaped through meaningful engagement with our staff, patient advisory group, and community partners. Through consultations, informational interviews, and design sessions, we ensured that the new space reflects the needs and priorities of both patients and healthcare teams.

This move allows for a more efficient use of resources, ensuring our healthcare professionals can work closely to support patients through every step of their health journey.

This relocation represents a significant milestone in our commitment to providing accessible, comprehensive, and patient-centered care to the community.

Our existing Mosaic PCN clinic will continue operating at its current locations until we officially transition in Spring 2025. Patients can expect minimal disruption during this process, and we will provide regular updates as we approach the move.
