Community Partner Spotlight: Silvera

This month, Mosaic would like to recognize our community partner, Silvera for Seniors. Silvera provides supportive and independent living for older adults in Calgary. Although the housing they provide is not directly related to health care, the residents are offered health supports and a variety of lifestyle options.

Mosaic has been partnering with Silvera to offer health education to residents, and to connect seniors to family doctors within Mosaic PCN. In the past two years, Mosaic has been working to connect and educate the seniors living in the newly built Gilchrist Commons residences located in Pineridge.
