Mosaic Westwinds Community Clinic Closure

It’s with mixed emotions that we are announcing the closure of Mosaic’s Westwinds Community Clinic on Friday, September 1, 2023.

Since 2012, we have had the privilege of serving our community and building strong relationships with our patients at this location. We understand that you may be disappointed by the closure, but we are excited to share what’s next for Mosaic. The closure does not represent a downsizing or scaling back of Mosaic services; it is a step forward towards a new and consolidated clinic space that will better reflect our continued growth and evolving space needs.

We are excited about the opportunities that working together under one roof will provide for our patients and our teams. This includes benefits like increased communication and collaboration between our teams to support patient care, improved clinical care spaces, enhanced site security, C-train accessibility, and abundant free parking.

If you were previously receiving care at our Westwinds clinic, you have been booked into a new clinic location depending on where the clinical team member you are working with has been relocated.
