Mosaic Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of family doctors and healthcare professionals that provide primary health care, in partnership with Alberta Health Services. Mosaic PCN member clinics are located in northeast and southeast Calgary.

Are you struggling with grocery shopping, meal preparation and accessing low-cost food? There are many resources and supports within Calgary that can help!

Those accessible in the NE quadrant of the city are listed in a Google document updated by community hubs initiative. Please contact the resource directly by phone or through their website for more details. Additionally, the City of Calgary has a community food map that allows users to filter resources by location.
