Phone: 811 – This is not a walk-in clinic. Services at the ACCESS Clinic are by HealthLink referral and appointment only.
If your doctor or nurse practitioner is a Mosaic PCN member and unable to see you, they can refer you for an appointment at our centrally located clinic. Unlike the ER or a walk-in clinic, the ACCESS Clinic sends the information from your visit back to your doctor to keep them informed of your care. On evenings and weekends, you can call Health Link at 811 if your doctor’s practice is closed and, if appropriate, be referred to the ACCESS Clinic.
