Holiday Hours at Mosaic PCN

All Mosaic clinics are closed on statutory holidays (Dec. 25 & 26 and Jan.1) except for the ACCESS Clinic. ACCESS is open on Dec. 25 & 26 and Jan. 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Services at the ACCESS Clinic are by HealthLink , call 811, referral and appointment only.
