This workshop was developed by the Red Deer PCN and run by registered health professionals from the Mosaic PCN’s Mental Health and Social Work team in North East Calgary.

The workshop runs for 2 hours and is offered weekly for eight weeks. This is a closed group workshop, you must not miss more than two classes. If you miss more than two classes, you will be removed from the workshop and need to retake the workshop at another time. 

Who is Journey Through Grief For?

The Journey Through Grief sessions are for adults aged 18 or older who have experienced a loss like the death of a loved one, family member, or friend. Before you register, take a moment to review this grief assessment document that we recommend participants review prior to attending the program.

Workshop Materials:

Prior to the sessions, participants will receive a free participant workbook which they will use to follow along in the classes.
