A kinesiologist facilitated class geared toward anyone who wants to increase their physical activity. The workshop is an interactive session to help you gain a better understanding about what to expect when starting an exercise routine and will expose common myths.
You will learn how physical activity can help improve your health and well-being, in addition to what types of activities to include in your routine.
Lastly, you will receive guidance on how to get started safely and how to set goals that work for you. By the end of class, you will have everything you need to kick-start a new routine!
