Dietitians

Our Mosaic PCN health team includes registered dietitians who work with your family doctor to help you set personal goals to improve your health and lifestyle. They provide education, nutrition counselling, and diet planning to address the needs of patients of all ages experiencing nutrition-related conditions or diseases.

Here’s how we can help!

For adults with nutritional concerns including diabetes and prediabetes, weight management, chronic diseases, chronic pain disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, nutrient deficiencies, and allergies and intolerances, our dietitians can offer one-on-one appointments and other services and resources.

Our dietitians also offer one-on-one appointment and other services and resources for perinatal patients with concerns about healthy eating for pregnancy, prenatal supplements, weight management, discomforts such as nausea, vomiting, and heartburn, food safety for pregnancy, and breastfeeding support.

For pediatric patients concerned about picky eating, weight management, failure to thrive, introducing solids, gastrointestinal disorders, nutrient deficiencies, and allergies and intolerances, one-on-one appointments are available as well as the Pediatric Lifestyle Program.
