Mosaic PCN’s Active Adults Programs are free and fun way to get active, and offer something for everyone. Learn more about this exciting program below including what we offer and where we offer it within north east Calgary.

There are many benefits of participating in the Active Adults Program including, but not limited to:
- Meeting new people
- Reducing stress
- Increasing energy levels
- Managing weight
- Exercising in a comfortable, safe environment
Health checks with a nurse are available, including blood pressure. Kinesiologists are on-site to provide assistance with exercise and movement. Please see program details, locations, and times below. For more information, please call 403.569.7252.

Genesis Centre
Address: 7555 Falconridge Blvd NE #10, Calgary, AB T3J 0C9
When: Mondays – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Fridays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Where to find us: The program entrance is on the lower floor of the Genesis Centre. There is both elevator and stairs to get to the lower level. You will find the blue welcome desk to the right when you enter the field house area across from Field House 1.
PPE Requirements: Masking is based on participant’s personal preference.

Exercise Classes
Drop-in self-paced exercise classes are back. Sign-in at the Welcome Desk across from Field House #1, as spaces are limited. Current class offerings include:
- Gentle Fitness PLUS on Monday at 10:00 a.m. and Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
- Dance Cardio on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m.
- Inspired by Yoga on Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m.
- Exercise 101 on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m.

Kinesiologists will be on-site to answer questions and support safe exercise.
Health Checks
Feel free to stop by the nurse station to have your blood pressure checked.
- It is advised to get your blood pressure checked prior to walking or for you to rest 5-10min after walking before getting your blood pressure checked.

Walk & Talk with a Dietitian
An opportunity to talk with a registered dietitian about your eating patterns and concerns. Get nutrition information and your questions answered while getting active at the program.

Active Toddler Program
A drop-in opportunity for guardians and toddlers to enjoy being active together. From buggies to bouncy castles this program has a range of activities!
A parent or legal guardian is required to attend on first visit to register the child. Direct adult supervision is required at all times.
Please note there are no food/drink permitted in the Fieldhouse.
Drop in anytime from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., no appointment required.
