Active Adults Program
Mosaic PCN’s Active Adults Program is a FREE community program that offers indoor walking, instructor-led exercise classes, and access to a variety of healthcare services. Patients have the opportunity to socialize, meet new people, and exercise in a safe & comfortable environment with health professionals on-site.

Health Checks
Feel free to stop by the nurse station to have your blood pressure checked.
- It is advised for you to get your blood pressure checked prior to walking or to rest 5-10 minutes after walking to ensure an accurate reading.
Walk & Talk with a Dietitian
An opportunity to talk with a registered dietitian about your eating patterns and nutrition concerns while getting active.

Exercise Classes
Drop-in self-paced exercise classes are back. Sign-in at the Welcome Desk across from Field House #1, as spaces are limited. Current class offerings include:
- Gentle Fitness PLUS on Monday at 10 a.m. and Thursday at 1 p.m.
- Full Body Fit on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 a.m.
- Inspired by Yoga on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m.
- Exercise 101 on Friday morning at 10 a.m.

Kinesiologists will be on-site to answer questions and support safe exercise.

Active Toddlers Program
A drop-in opportunity for guardians and toddlers to enjoy being active together. From buggies to bouncy castles, this program has a range of activities for your family. There is also a registered dietitian on site should you have any questions about your child’s nutrition.
A parent or legal guardian is required to attend on first visit to register the child. Direct adult supervision is required at all times.
Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in the Fieldhouse.
Drop in anytime from Monday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., no appointment required.

Where to find us
The program entrance is on the lower floor of the Genesis Centre. There is both an elevator and stairs to get to the lower level. You will find the blue welcome desk to the right when you enter the field house area across from Field House 1.
