Mosaic Primary Care Network (PCN) offers a wide range of workshops in areas related to your mental and physical health. These workshops focus on helping you make sustainable and long-term changes possible for a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Please register in advance for the workshop you’re interested in, we do not accept walk-ins.

Note: Participants should have a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 6 to attend.
